NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS as of October 2005

I. Unsolicited 'Spamming' is forbidden.

'Spamming' is undesirable and inappropriate behaviour on the Internet. Spamming includes the following:
Sending un-requested invitations through e-mails, by post, telephone or sandwich boards to:
a) Look at your Web Site
b) And/or purchase your product (In other words, don't send junk mail!)

This enables all email users to have a good standard of service and not be affected by a single user sending bulk email.

Your account will be closed down immediately if you do not adhere to this rule and you may lose information on your website. You will also be charged £750 + VAT

II. Strictly no pornography

and/or morally offensive or obscene material, or links to such sites allowed.
This includes:
a) Sites containing material of an erotic or sexually offensive and/or degrading nature.
b) Sites that may be construed as offending sexual orientation, gender, race, ethnicity or religious belief.
If in doubt, do not put it on your site.

III. Method of Payment.

Payments will only be accepted via the Internet or by cheque. Online payment can be made by credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, JCB), or Debit cards (including Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Switch).

Confirmation of payment will be made via email. Payment is made automatically, monthly or annually, depending on your selection.

You will be liable for all charges notified to you when you first open your account until you inform us in writing either by email, fax or post that you wish to cancel your account. If any payments should have been made before your notification has arrived at our offices then you will be liable to pay the amount owed.

IV. Ownership of Domain Name

Ownership of the acquired domain name belongs to Viewline Limited under all circumstances. If you require ownership of the domain name for a sum of £35 at any time whilst we are still in possession of the domain name we can transfer the domain name into a name of your choice.

V. Termination of Account

If you fail to adhere to the above conditions, or perform any other illegal act, your account will be terminated without compensation or notice. An example of such an illegal act includes password hacking, and/or the usage and distribution of pirated material.

VI. High Resource Policy

Resources can be defined as processor usage and/or as "bandwidth". Viewline Ltd operates an unlimited bandwidth usage policy. Viewline Ltd maintains the right to restrict the usage of the server resources, to ensure that other users are not negatively affected by those actions. This policy applies if a user is found to unfairly dominate the available resources. In such a case, Viewline Ltd reserves the right to restrict the user to a maximum quota or cancel the account. This policy only affects the most extreme cases, and is only implemented to ensure fair opportunities are provided for all users.

VII. Cancellation Policy

You may terminate your account at any time, but you will not be refunded. If you wish to relocate your domain name, this can be arranged at a cost of £35.

Viewline Ltd withholds the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event, customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer fails to adhere to Viewline Ltd's terms of service, a refund will not be issued in the event of cancellation. Some accounts incur set-up fees, which are also non-refundable. Also do not forget that all sites will be subject to all Trademark and Copyright regulation laws. This includes local, UK and pertinent International laws.

Legal Disclaimer

1. Viewline Ltd cannot be held liable for any damages (either physical and/or psychological, and/or otherwise) caused by products sold or distributed in connection with Viewline Ltd server.

2. Viewline Ltd will also not be liable:
a) For any material you provide which purportedly violates the rights of a third party;
b) For any faulty products sold from the Servers used by Viewline Ltd;
c) For any loss of data through server interruptions, faulty deliveries, or postponements caused by Viewline Ltd and/or its staff, or by any suppliers of Viewline Ltd.

3. Viewline Ltd maintains the right to adjust its policies without notice at any time.

4. Viewline Ltd reserves the right to review its price rates. However, customers will be given due notice if price increases or decreases affect them.

5. Viewline Ltd is not liable for any loss of money, profits, property, data, and/or otherwise, suffered by any individual or enterprise.
