Frequently Asked Questions

Free domain names. Does that mean completely free?
Our offer is 100% free. In addition to this, we will also pay the entire external fee to the domain name registrar. Buying your domain name directly from the registrars may cost you up to £60 per year. We will pay this for you, with each new web hosting account.

Your web hosting opportunities sounds great. How do I pay?
We are able to receive payment by any of the following cards:
Visa || MasterCard || Delta || JCB || Switch || Solo
Simply search for your domain name and select your required web hosting plan. You will then be sent to our secure online payment-processing page, allowing you to enter your card details in complete security with WorldPay.

When will my web site be operational?
Your web site will be activated on our servers within 24 hours of your order. Your domain name will be placed on order with the domain name registrars, which may take up to 48 hours to propagate through the Internet. Essentially, within 2 days you could be marketing your business to the whole world for next to nothing.

Do you include email addresses with your web hosting plans?
Our business plans come with our Control Panel, allowing you to set-up unlimited POP3 email addresses, forwarders and autoresponders. Autoresponders are great for sending an automated reply to your clients who email you. For example, you may say you are on holiday and will reply to them when you return in two weeks.

Will you place advertising banners on my web site?
Most definitely NOT! We believe in offering you the highest quality service for your online business. We will not place any banners or any other forms of marketing on your site. Your web site is yours and we will not impose any form of advertising on it referring to any third party or us. This will mean that your visitors gain a better first impression of your web site, as a banner free web site is regarded as quality and your company has made an effort to please the customer. Advertising banners not only reflect a cheap web site, they slow the web site down. We will not place any banners on your web site, which will drastically improve the performance of your web site, making your web site quicker and easier to navigate.

Can I make money from my web site?
Certainly! We encourage all our clients to make money from their web site and become Internet Entrepreneurs. The Internet is a mass of information and business opportunities, which your business will want to exploit. You may advertise and sell your products or services online, offer subscriptions to prospective clients or make money through advertising. Whichever way you wish to make money, we are dedicated to providing you with a web hosting service that will allow your business to make the most of the potential of the Internet.

What is the uptime of your servers?
Through our excellent connection and great servers, we are boasting 100% uptime.

Do you offer free web hosting?
No. We believe in providing high quality web hosting for all our clients. Introducing free web hosting would include a catch, like banners or an ugly domain name, e.g. http://mycompany.mywebhost.com. We believe that this form of web hosting is considered tacky by visitors. If you wish to make an indentation on the Internet and make money, you must make a good first impression and your visitors will stay, spending their money. Our charges are next to nothing. In return you get a completely professional web hosting service and leave a great impression on your visitors who will return time and again.
